What This Means

Your Client Satisfaction Rating reflects the average rating customers give your orders. After each order, customers are asked to rate their experience based on accuracy, food quality and overall satisfaction.

Why It Matters

Your rating helps your restaurant stand out on the Foodja marketplace. Customers can filter restaurants by rating. Higher scores build trust, increase visibility and lead to more repeat orders.

You can view your Client Satisfaction Ratings in the Order History section of the Restaurant Portal.
