On Time Score

Performance Score

What This Means

Your On Time Score reflects how often your orders are ready by the original scheduled pickup time. This score is based on the pickup time confirmed when the order is placed.

Why It Matters

Foodja serves corporate customers who rely on timely deliveries for meetings and events. Consistently being on time helps build trust, improves customer experience, and can lead to increased order volume.

How to Improve Your Score

Review orders that were completed late and identify patterns. Adjust prep times, staffing or capacity settings to ensure future orders are completed on time.
