Scheduling a Temporary Closure

When to Use a Temporary Closure

Use this feature for planned interruptions such as holidays, maintenance or unexpected events. Temporary closures allow you to pause orders without changing your regular pickup hours.

Log in to the Restaurant Portal and visit the Temporary Closures page

Select the location you’d like to update

Enter a start date, end date and a brief description

Select Submit to schedule the closure

Temporary Close

Pro Tip

Setting a temporary closure in advance helps prevent missed or canceled orders and ensures a better customer experience.
