Order Labels

Properly labeling individual meals helps customers quickly identify their orders and reduces confusion during delivery and distribution.

Foodja provides printable labels for eligible orders, making it easy for your team to prepare, package, and organize meals before pickup.

Know When Labels are Required 

  • For all Team Orders and Cafe Orders, every individual meal must have its own label
  • This helps drivers & customers identify each order

Identify the Customer

  • The PDF copy of the order will identify each customer by name at the bottom of each menu item

Locate the Labels

  • Labels are shared as a printable PDF in the corresponding order notification email

Verify the pickup date and scheduled pickup time

  • Review each label before applying
  • Each label includes: Customer Name, Order#, Order Date, Menu Item(s), Total Item Quantity & Customer Count

Select the CONFIRM button to let us know you’re ready to complete the order

  • Place the label directly on each matching container or bag for each individual meal before handing off to the Foodja driver

Pro Tip

Use the Avery Label 94207 for a sticker option.
