When a new catering order is placed, your restaurant will receive an order notification. Confirming the order lets Foodja know your team has reviewed the details and is ready to prepare the order for pickup.

Log in to the Restaurant Portal and visitthe In Progress Orders page      Â
Select the location you’d like to confirm an order for
Locate the order by date and order number
Verify the pickup date and scheduled pickup time
Select the CONFIRM button to let us know you’re ready to complete the order
If an order has been confirmed, select the + button on the left hand side to see who made the confirmation
