How do I contact Customer Support?
Please call us at 800-367-5402 and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible. You may also email us at clientsuccess@foodja.com.
What delivery times are available?
We can arrange delivery from most restaurants 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week. When submitting your order you may specify the time which you would like your order to be delivered. If you need something delivered outside of this window, please call us and we will do our best to arrange something for you.
Can I cancel my order?
There are two ways to cancel orders. Simply log in and go to Order History under My Account to find and cancel your order. You’ll receive a cancelation confirmation via email. If needed, you can also call Customer Support at 800-367-5402. For cancelations after 2 p.m. we follow the restaurant’s cancelation policy.
How do I change my password?
If you wanted to change your password or forgot your password, visit the login page on Foodja.com, enter your username, and click Forgot Password. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password. You can also visit Password Reset.
What’s the easiest way to adjust quantities as I am placing my order?
You can make adjustments to quantities in the cart before checkout.
How do I use a coupon code?
After you’ve finished shopping and are reviewing your cart, enter the coupon code and click Apply.
How do I track my order?
Visit My Account, click Order History, and select the green tracking icon to view the live status of your order.
Where is my receipt/invoice?
Once you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This is your receipt/invoice. You can also view all order details under My Account/Order History.
Does Foodja offer expense reporting?
You can add a billing email to your Foodja profile to automatically send delivered order receipts or invoices to your expense account daily.
