Foodja has added the ability for clients to call drivers on the Foodja Drive platform. Clients can now call directly during an active delivery, giving both parties a faster option to handle last-minute updates without relying solely on chat.
What's New
In addition to in-app chat, clients can now initiate voice calls directly to delivery drivers. This is built for situations where a quick call is more efficient than a text exchange to confirm a parking spot, share a gate code, or clarify a drop-off location.
Your personal phone number is never shared with or visible to the client. The entire interaction stays within the Foodja platform.
Why It Matters
Chat handles most of the communication, but there are moments where a short call resolves in seconds what a message thread would require multiple messages back and forth.
