How do I suggest restaurants for Foodja Cafe?

Can I customize my meal?
Absolutely! Foodja makes it easy to add or remove ingredients during the order process and you can even add special instructions for a custom meal experience.
How can I track my order?
Click My Orders and select the green tracking icon to view the live status of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, however please make sure to cancel your order prior to the displayed cutoff time. Once the cutoff time passes it will be too late to cancel.
How do I know when my food arrives?
We want to make sure your food is delivered fresh for you to enjoy, so we’ll notify you once it arrives via email or text message. Turn these notification settings on under My Profile.
Can I order from two restaurants during the same meal period?
You can only order from one restaurant in each meal period.
Unfortunately, restaurants can sell out on our platform. This happens because we place limits on the number of orders each restaurant can accept in order to maintain quality standards for our customers. If a restaurant is sold out, you will have to order from a different restaurant for that meal period.
What if my order costs more than my company sponsor amount?
Want to add extra bacon to your burger? Want to order dinner for tonight or lunch for tomorrow? No problem! If your total is more than the amount that your company sponsors, you can pay for any additional costs using our Flex Pay feature. Add your credit card to your profile and use it to pay for any remaining balance during checkout.
