Pickup Schedule

Your Pickup Schedule Score is determined by your earliest pickup time.

Why It’s Important

The earlier your pickup hours, the larger and more frequent your orders will be.

Set your pickup hours as early as possible. If a driver can come before your store’s opening hours to pick up an order, be sure to set your pickup hours accordingly.

Order Capacity

Your Order Capacity Score is determined by your availability selection for same day orders.

The higher your availability, the more visible your restaurant will be to customers placing same day orders.

Your On Time Score is determined by the percentage of your orders that are late. In the event a driver is late for pickup, this is not counted against the restaurant.
